GREEN LEAVES SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Purple lettuce
  • French lettuce
  • Arugula
  • 1 Fine escarole
  • 200gr thin strips of raw ham
  • 100gr sliced and toasted almonds
  • 1 dozen quail eggs
  • Almonds oil
  • YUCA’S Balsamic Vinegar

PREPARATION

Wash lettuces and cut them by hand.

Boil eggs from cold and cook them six minutes after the boil breaks. Cut them in halves.

Place lettuce on plates, place ham, eggs on top and sprinkle with almonds.

Season with YUCA’S balsamic vinegar and almond oil.
