Mix honey, YUCA’S Balsamic vinegar and salvia in a small bowl. Pull apart.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brush lightly with oil.
Place them in a baking tray and take them to the oven preheated to 400ºF (200ºC) until they are golden brown and cooked, turning them so that the cooking is even. Approximately 5 minutes before the chicken is ready brush it with the honey mixture, repeated times.
Serve the hot chicken legs accompanied by mashed potatoes or salad.
