ROASTED CHICKEN THIGHS WITH HONEY AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR GLAZE

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken legs with skin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of YUCA’S balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped salvia or 1 ½ teaspoon dried salvia

PREPARATION

Mix honey, YUCA’S Balsamic vinegar and salvia in a small bowl. Pull apart.

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brush lightly with oil.

Place them in a baking tray and take them to the oven preheated to 400ºF (200ºC) until they are golden brown and cooked, turning them so that the cooking is even. Approximately 5 minutes before the chicken is ready brush it with the honey mixture, repeated times.

Serve the hot chicken legs accompanied by mashed potatoes or salad.
