Vinegars for Industrial Use
We produce a wide range of vinegars for the food industry, adapted to different applications, acidity levels and production volumes. We offer both conventional and organic options, as well as bespoke developments for industrial projects.
We have been producing certified organic vinegars since 1997 and can offer Halal and Kosher options for selected products and upon request. Our team considers each project individually to adapt the product to the customer’s specific requirements.
Wine vinegar – 6% to 12% acidity. White, red, decolourised and aged. Also available as certified organic vinegar.
- Spirit vinegar – 5% to 14% acidity. Clear or coloured, suitable for different food and industrial applications.
Apple cider vinegar – 5% to 7% acidity. Filtered or unfiltered, with the mother. Available in both conventional and certified organic versions.
- Balsamic vinegar – 6% acidity. Darro medium range, Yuca’s premium range and white balsamic vinegar. Also available as certified organic balsamic vinegar.
